The 15th - Cartgate In, 401 yards
Bunkers again dictate strategy here and many players may hit iron to a gully which provides the best access to the green.
Drive on the church steeple between the two prominent humps at 250 yards then a relatively simple shot to a friendly green.
In 1885 the Sutherland bunker was filled in by the Committee of the time. The golfers of the town took considerable exception to this tinkering with their heritage. The morning of the third day found Sutherland miraculously restored. It was not refilled.

Off the tee aim for the two bunkers in the distance this will leave you with a medium iron to a very long green. Again past the flag will generally leave you with an easier putt.
